27 European Union leaders are meeting in Brussels today for their latest summit. Investors wait with baited breath to see whether EU leaders will finally take bigger steps towards fiscal union by enacting some burden-sharing measures, or whether they will once again leave troubled banks and countries to the whims of market angst.
The first working group of EU leaders began at 10:15 AM ET, but if this summit is like other important meetings we've seen in the last year, it could extend well into the evening.
