US Market Breaking News 07/09

1.Stocks jumped at the open Wednesday, attempting to rebound from a three-day decline, following a German court ruling in favor of the country's participation in Greece bailout.
BofA and Yahoo opened sharply higher following management shakeups.

2.  Stocks extended their gains across the board Wednesday amid optimism that the euro zone crisis will ease and as investors snapped up beaten-down sectors following a sharp three-day decline. BofA jumped, while the volatility index slumped.

3. Stocks closed near session highs Wednesday to log their first gain in September amid easing worries over Europe’s debt crisis and as investors shrugged off the Fed’s Beige Book, which showed slower growth in some of the regions of the U.S.
