ANOTHER SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDER IN CATCHA MEDIA BERHAD EMERGES
KUALA LUMPUR, 4th August, 2011 – Catcha Media Berhad (“Catcha Media”) today announced that HSC Healthcare Sdn Bhd, headed by Dr Lim Yin Chow, has become a substantial shareholder.
HSC Healthcare has acquired a 5.01 percent stake in Catcha Media.
HSC Healthcare’s investment follows a series of strategic investments made in Catcha Media by others including Dato’ Justin Leong Ming Loong who acquired a 5.01 percent stake on 2nd August and Star Publications (M) Bhd which acquired a 4.99 percent stake on 4th July.
