Dow and the S&P 500 touched multi-year highs in the previous session and
ahead of factory orders report and minutes of the latest Federal Reserve
meeting.
Disney and Coca-Cola led the
Dow laggards.

as investors took a pause after the Dow and S&P 500 hit multi-year highs and
ahead of the Fed's minutes of its latest meeting.
BofA led the Dow laggards,
while Apple limited the Nasdaq’s decline.
3. Stocks clawed back from their
worst levels but still ended in negative territory Tuesday following the latest
Fed meeting minutes that showed policymakers toned down the likelihood for
further quantitative easing.
Most S&P sectors ended
lower, led by energy and materials.
