All major indices pointed to losses of about 0.8% after Mario Draghi doesn't do enough to depress sovereign yields.

Mario Draghi has disappointed the market, it would seem.
In his press conference he's made noises about yields being unacceptably high, and other things.
But there's no concrete action.
Markets are going down.
The Euro is going down.
Peripheral spreads are up.
The Dow is down 22.
